Is there any way to connect an mt4 platform with ninja or mbtrading navigator directly and when an ea in mt4 buys or sells to give the order to ninja or navigator ?

something like an mt4 ninja - navigator adaptor

May be not that crazy. Please check out the DLL ATI interface which should do the job provided mt4 is able to drive DLLs.

Also: You could try the file based OIF ATI interface.
