on chart pip count

On some platforms you can use the mouse scroll, or a click and drag function to count pips from a high point to a low point. Can you walk me through how to do that with NT8?

Thank you for your note.


To view a pip value between two points please go to your Drawing Tool drop down menu and select Ruler which will change your cursor to a pen.

Place the pen on your chart where you would like the measurement to begin and left mouse click once, Move the pen to where you would like the measurement to end and left mouse click again.

Now move the pen to where you would like the information box placed and left mouse click again. Within the information box the "Y value" will display the number of pips.
