maximum capacity

Hi,

how can i see what the maximum capacity is on our NT7 platform, when all my automated strategies are running. So im not talking about optimization, but 5; 90day charts single tick data, with limited number of indicators.

I have a NT total freeze sometimes and would like to see at what percentage of the total capacity the platform is running at.

My own dedicated server is good i think; 8x Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2420 1,9 Ghz with 26GB RAM.

Hello Rob,
Thanks for your post.
You will need to right click on the Windows Tasbar and select Task Manager
Select Processes and look at NinjaTrader's CPU usage
You then will need to take into consideration that most NinjaTrader 7 functions at single threaded, so if you have a quad core system for example, NinjaTrader would be able to utilize up to 25% of your CPU in most cases.
