    horizontal line properties

    NJ 7 My issue is, when I created a custom horizontal line I would "highlight: and click copy,.. that worked maybe once which had me continue to make new lines each time and highlight right click and properties. Suddenly yesterday I can no longer get "properties" window to open > highlight right click open box click properties and nothing opens.... I can no longer open properties on new lines. either. plus old ones.

    Do you experience the same on a new chart?

    Do you experience the same with other drawing objects?

    Are you able to access the Chart Properties window? Right click on the chart and select Properties

    Is Always On Top enabled on the chart? You can check by right clicking on the chart. The feature is enabled if there is a check mark next to Always On Top

      Yes this is happening with all tools and I tried new chart same issue, the always on top is not checked.

        Please send me your workspace, log and trace files

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support, checking the box 'Workspace files and UI settings'

          Chris I did as instructed not sure if it went thru as I click send and it had no real response, (if sent)

            I have not received the files

            Please send me the workspace file you are using

            You can find the workspace in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > workspaces folder. The file will have the title of the workspace

                Was resoved by a partial uninstall and reinstall

                Close NinjaTrader
                Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
                Once these steps are completed, download NT7 from the link below.
