Chart not inlcuding all data

I have opened a 01-16 chart for CL and prices start plotting at the moment I open the chart. In other words, none of the past is plotted even though my chart properties say to load 3 days. how can I get all the data loaded?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I'm using a 3 range chart

i included a picture

and it gets worse - if I select "reload all historical data", I lose any data up to that point.

Thanks for your reply.
Please disconnect and go to Tools> Options> Data> Reset Instruments
Exit NinjaTrader
Open the following directory within Windows and delete the contents within it
Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
Restart NinjaTrader and test
