Connection status is orange/yellow

[caltrader]

My broker is Interactive Brokers,
-no problems in any IB clients only NT

here is what i tried so far but still issue stands
-remove cache in both NT and IB
-repair DD
-confirmed ISP has no loss packets or pings, no latency
-using NT 64-bit with 64-bit java but same issue in 32-bit
-Windows firewall turned off, windows defender turned off
-removed and added connections again

-what is causing the issue? how to fix it?

So that I may check for errors, I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20151214.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20151214.txt"
