Can't connect to Demo.

    Can't connect to Demo.

    My computer just updated to Windows 8.1 and I can no longer login to the Demo datafeed.

    I get this error message.



    Kinetick EOD still works, as does my Rithmic Trader login.

    I've uninstalled NT8 and reinstalled and it still doesn't want to work.

      Hello Drtro,

      Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

      You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> EMail Support.

            Hello Drtro,

            Please manually send your most current log and trace files to your response, so I may investigate this matter further.

            You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 87 > Log folder.

            The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
            You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder.

            The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
