Hi


When I select Day in the data series in a chart no data loads I get the attached screen.

It is ok when minute is selected.

Can you let me know what is going wrong.

Thank you for your post.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen when requesting data in the chart? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

So that I may further investigate please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

The trace file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the 'trace.20151207.txt' file.
