Missing Kinetick Bars

I am connected to Kinetick End-Of-Day data and want to build a chart for AXP October 31 - January 31.
For some reason data from December 6, 2013- December 31, 2013 is missing (see Snippet attached).
Can you explain what I need to do to get chart with all daily bars?

Thank you for your post.

I was able to access daily bars for AXP between 12/6/13-12/31/13 when testing here a moment ago using Kinetick's free EOD service. Based on this I'd ask that you right click in the chart and select the 'Reload All Historical Data' option.

If, after reloading data, bars remain missing please tell me which version of NinjaTrader you are using. To check, please open the Help > About menu. Version is shown near the top of this window in a 7.0.1000.X format.
