add bcc to email alert so emails are visable

Is it possible to make the to emails BCC to the emails that are listed in the to section for the email alert?

As everyone who ever designs any kind of email form discovers, that very property of the bcc field is why forms make such a great email spamming engine for the scammers to use to turn somebody else's server into their personal email spam machine.

I am sure that the NT designers are well aware of this shortcoming of the bcc field in forms. I am equally sure that, for that very reason, they will never enable the bcc field in a form.
