DJIA tick data provider

I use NT 7 with Kinetick real time service. ^DJIA is updated every second. Are there any real-time data providers that provide DJIA tick data with volume and as the DJIA is updated (versus every second)? I would also need the ability to download the tick data (current and historical) into a text file for analysis by a separate program.

Unfortunately I am not sure how they provide realtime data for the ^DJIA. Please clarify this with the data feed provider.
