Thank you for your inquiry.

The code is accessible through the New -> NinjaScript Editor menu in the NinjaTrader 8 Control Center. Once the NinjaScript Editor appears, the code will be under DrawingTools -> RegionHighlight.

For this to work with NinjaTrader 7, you would need to convert the code.
