Market Analyzer not displaying index data

Using CQG and index symbols are in the instruments, however none of the indexes display data in the market analyzer. Futures instruments display OK. I can also chart an index instrument. I did a reset on instruments

The data you are enabled for is controlled by your connection.

If you are using a demo CQG connection then it would be expected that you only would see historical data. Real-time data for indicies is not provided by the demo.

If you have a live brokerage account please contact your broker to discuss what data you are enabled to see in real-time.

Using live cqg data with a Ninjatrader brokerage account. No data is displayed for indices so this does not appear to be a delayed quote issue.
