Range / Renko with FXCM

Hi,

I´m using NT with FXCM and I cant load a chart with Range or Renko in the EUR/USD.

Can you help me out.

Please tell me what happens when you attempt to load a Range or Renko chart. Do you receive any error messages? If so please forward me a screen shot of the error message.

To capture a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the screen shot to your reply.

it workes now, takes a long time the first time you load the chart.

But an other question. Can I ad the fifth digit on the right price scale?

I tried to change it over the instrument manager. Doesn´t work.

To enable NinjaTrader to quote currencies in tenth pip please use the steps I have provided below as opposed to changing the Tick Size in the Instrument Editor:

• Control Center
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Quote currencies (FX) in: TenthPip
• Click Ok
