IB Realtime Data Problems with FDAX

Hi,

today I reconnected to IB with NT7 and did not get any realtime data for FDAX (no ask or bid displayed). With other instruments (YM/EURUSD) there is no problem. Also TWS shows the realtime data for FDAX. I've also restarted NT and TWS.

Any ideas what can cause this?

Hello BearingHH,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager.

Type FDAX in the Name field of the Instrument Manager and hit Search.

Highlight the FDAX and click Edit. Select the Misc-tab.

Change the symbol map from DAX to DAX|||25 and click OK. You can type "|" by holding Shift and "\".

Remove and re-add the FDAX 12-15 to your instrument list in the Instrument Manager for the change to take effect. Instructions can be found at the link below.

Check if you now receive realtime data for the FDAX 12-15.

Thanks for your answer, but I had done this before, because I ran into the problem after the DAX mini change from IB I think. I checked the values and it was set to "DAX|||25".

It was really weird - after I restarted my PC it works again?!
