Export Tick Data without Download in HDM

I download tick data throughout the day for offline analysis.

Currently this is the process I have to follow:
- Historical Data Manager => Download => Instrument => Data Range => Intervals and Data Types.
- HDM => Export => Instrument => Last => Tick = Date Range => Export.

I thought I read somewhere if you add an indicator to the Market Analyzer window it will continuous download and you can Export without doing the manual Download process described above.

I added the indicator "ADL".

Still having to perform the process above to download the most current Tick data export file for instruments.

Ideas?

Thank you for writing in.

Is Last Price data also being displayed in the Market Analyzer window?

Please right click in the Market Analyzer and select Columns. Next, select the ADL indicator column from the list on the lower left. On the right side of this menu, which type of price is the indicator using as an input?

Finally, please open the Options menu. (Tools > Options) In the Data tab, is the 'Save chart data as historical' option checked or un-checked?

-Price based on Last
-Type = Tick
-Value = 150

Data Options - "Save chart data as historical" is unchecked.

Please enable the 'Save chart data as historical' option then check again to see if data is now being recorded normally.
