Kinetick connection error

Last week I bought Kinetic data feed for forex (professional).
I tested the connection with an automatic strategy Friday and working fine.

Last night I make the connection with Kinetick and leave active on my strategy....but this morning no trade had been executed.

I look at the trace file and noted this:
"23.11.2015 07: 24: 39: 235 (Kinetick_REAL) Kinetick.Adapter.connectionTimer: Reconnecting to level1 by closing the socket socket = NULL
23/11/2015 07: 24: 39: 235 (Kinetick_REAL) Kinetick.Adapter.connectionTimer: level1 socket closed ".

The log is filled with these messages. I had to disconnect and reconnect manually and now the connection seems working fine.
Can anyone explain what happened and if I've done something wrong?

Hello giax76,

Can you please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Linetick connection error' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
