Renko chart not loading

Trying to use the RENKO indicator it was working fine . now im getting the error "Error on requesting historical data:Hour, Minute, and Second parameters describe an un-representable Date Time." Help required Thanks

Hello rcm75c,

Can you please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Renko chart not loading' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

I have not received an email so far. Can you please send me your log and trace files manually. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20151120 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20151120 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
