different open on daily and minute chart

what would cause the open to be different on the minute and daily chart
this occurred to me yesterday where the open on the daily was different to open of the minute for the same period (start of day)

Which Session Template setting is used in the minute chart? To check please right click in the chart and select Data Series. The Session Template setting is found on the right side of this menu.

it is on the same chart - so the why would the template be different for the two
i simply changing the interval on the chart
the template used was US Equites RTH

The time frame used on daily charts is set by the data provider

The session template applied to a daily chart will not impact the data
