Drawing tool default does not "hold"

Hello,

When I try to set a default for a drawing tool the settings I selected are not used when I go to draw the same drawing tool again.

For example, in the attached screenshot I set the Horizontal Line Properties to white, 3 width, and Solid applying to "(All charts)". I then click APPLY and finally SET DEFAULT and then APPLY again for luck. When I go to draw another horizontal line the defaults mentioned above are not there. Instead, the normal 1 width blue line is drawn. This feature USE TO work for me, but no longer.

Any ideas how to get this working again in NT?

I can not duplicate this behavior on my end. It is working as intended.
