working - accepted

Hello,

I´m not sure now anymore what orders are showing in the orderstab:

I bring in stop and target in onexecution with
stopOrder1 = ExitLongStop(.......)
targetOrder1 = ExitLongLimit(......)

When position is filled why is in orderstab
stoporder = accepted
targetorder = working

a.) Why not both accepted OR working?
b.) Which is on the exchange?

Hello Tony,

A limit order will become working when it is on the exchange.

A stop limit order has to become a different type of order when it is on the exchange and will be Accepted until the stop is touched and the order becomes a limit at which point it will become Working. When the limit fills the order becomes Filled.

An order that is Accepted is on the exchange.
An order that is Working is also on the exchange.

Hello Tony,

I think I am seeing what you are getting at.

While the profit target shows as working on the Orders tab of the Control Center and the Stop loss shows as Accepted, in the code they are both in the OrderState of Working.

I will ask if this is intended.
