I click the icon and the and nothing loads what next reinstalled nothing

Thank you for your post.

Please first right click on your Windows Task Bar -> select Start Task Manager -> select Processes -> then select 'NinjaTrader.exe' -> then select End Process.


Unfortunately NinjaTrader Continuum/CQG demo connections are currently experience issues. This is being looked into. This is preventing your NinjaTrader from starting up as you have connect on start up enabled for your demo connection.
