Problem loading data from IB

Hello,

I'm experiencing problems when trying to load data for European stocks from IB. I have no problem with US stocks.

I contacted IB support and I have the right permissions. It have problems with TWS when directing through SMART routing. If I select Directed I can load data from TWS.

I attach images of the settings for RDSA. THe error message says that I don't have permisssions for historical data but real time data is loaded correctly.

Default exchange was also checked. I couldn't make a screenshot of both checks at the same time.

Thank you for your response.

I checked with our technical support lead, and it is likely that the real-time data is enabled for the instrument and the exchange likely has the historical data enabled for the account. You would need to contact your brokerage connection provider to find out if the historical data is enabled for the SMART exchange.
