can not connect Datafeed

Demo not able to login at CQG
Sir as per link received by mail, i could find the procedure how to edit config.eml file and change all true to false and save, BUT after even changing i still could not login with error invalid login ID / password And even after having a new demo used ID and password my problem is still the same,
Sir it been more then 8 hours by now kindly do the needful, I request you to have my system with remote access and solve my issue,
Your early action is highly appreciated,
Waiting eagerly for your reply/action

If you have connect on start up preventing your NinjaTrader from opening you can follow the steps below.
Note, this will not resolve being able to connect - More information on this will be included once available.
First ensure NinjaTrader's process is ended by pushing CTRL+ALT+Delete on your keyboard to open Windows Task Manager
Select the Processes tab
If you see NinjaTrader select it and press End Process
Within Windows open (My) Documents> NinjaTrader 7
Right click on the config.xml file and select Edit
Press CTRL + F on your keyboard
Search for 'startup>true'
Change the true in this to 'false'
Repeate for additonal connections
Click the X on the document and save the changes
Now you will be able to start NinjaTrader

Thanks for your reply.
In the bold text from your quote you can see this will not resolve the connection. I cannot resolve this with a remote call. The error is not on your end. We are awaiting for a resolution on the back end. This thread will be updated when there is more information.

Correct, demos last 2 weeks. You can request up to 2 demos every 90 days. This is limited by the CME. If you need data beyond that I would recommend that you subscribe to a data feed such as Kinetick.

Thanks Brandon,
If I subscribe to Kinetick for datafeed, will I still be able to do simulation trades with OCO orders etc as I'm currently doing with Continuum (CQG demo account)?
Or if I open an account with Ninjatrader and use the Direct version of NT, will I be able to get Continuum for free and continue to do Simulation trades? (I assume I'll be charged $25 a month for no live trades?)
