Problem with some charts presetation.

    Problem with some charts presetation.

    As can be seen on the chart attached.
    All my VX series charts, VXAPL, VXAZN, VXN etc shows the dates one day ahead.
    The chart todays shows 11/10/2015 instead of 11/09/2015.. This pattern repeats for all series VX and for past periods on daily charts. when I run the intraday charts, the current date is right.
    How can I fix it?

    Thank you for your post.
    If you change your session template to Default 24/7 does the day appear correctly?

    To change to theDefault 24/7 session template on a chart, please follow the directions below.
    • Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
    • In the Data Series menu, set the 'Session Template' property to 'Default 24/7', then click OK.

    I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over how to edit data series parameters.

        Hello,
        What data provider are you connecting to?
        If you change it to a 1440 minute chart way day does it appear as?

          I am using Kinetick.
          After chose 1440 minutes i am still seeing today as 11/10/2015

            Hello,
            Please shut down NinjaTrader and then sync your PC clock.
            Please use the steps below to change/check your Time Zone and sync the PC clock:

            Close NinjaTrader.
            Click on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop.
            Press 'Change time zone...'.
            Set the Time zone and press 'OK'.
            Click on Internet Time tab.
            Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
            Your PC clock should now be updated.

            After the PC clock is synced please restart NinjaTrader.
            Please let us know if the date still appears incorrectly.
