    Can't connect to Phillip Captial

Under Tools > Account Connections > Add > Drop Down Menu
there is no Phillip Capital. How do I connect to them?

    Hello CriticalMind,

Philip Capital is not a broker technology, but a clearing firm. You cannot create a connection in NinjaTrader for Philip Capital. If you have an account with our NinjaTrader brokerage, you can use 3 different broker technologies:

    NinjaTrader Continuum
    Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage
    NinjaTrader FXCM

You will need to select one of these three when you create your account connection.

Thank you for the quick reply.

Are you saying that I select them from the Ninjatrader Connections Options wizard, or do I sign up on their websites?

I still only see Barchart.com, ESignal, Google, IQFeed, Kinetick, TDAmeritrade, and Yahoo in the Provider drop down. How do I update the list?

This indicates your license key is set to TD Ameritrade. Therefore it excludes all other broker technologies such as the three broker technologies mentioned in my previous post. I referred to our NinjaTrader brokerage because Philip Capital is one of the two clearing firms our NinjaTrader brokerage uses.

If you like to switch your license key to a different broker technology, please send us an email at platformsales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

I have the same issue. Funded with Phillip Capital but unable to see those funds in NinjaTrader when I add the connection. It just shows an automatically created simulated account, not the live funds.

Sounds like a license key issue ...

Yes, after some more digging I think it is a license key issue. The license key I currently have starts with SIM, so I'm assuming it's a sim license key. I wish I was given more info about this when I signed up.
