Error with new FDXM chart

    Error with new FDXM chart

    I followed the instructions in the forum for installing the new FDXM symbol and am using Continuum, but the chart has no movement, It only shows history,it does not move forward, please advise, thx Do I need to reset the data base?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

    Please select FDXM within the Orders tab of the Control Center. After selecting the instrument do you see figures in the bid, ask and last price fields or is 'n/a' shown here? If you are seeing price figures, which Last price is reported?

        Hello,

        Please send me your database file so that I may further investigate.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support and checking the 'Database file' box.

        Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 1412592
