S&P 500 index?

I'm using the SP500 for the index, but it's not updating. How do I make it live update?

Thanks for writing in.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

It's 7.0.1000.30 (Live)
And I'm using NinjaTrader Continuum
And no error report in the Log tab

Thanks for your reply.

please disconnect and go to Tools> Account Connections
Select your account and press Change
Select Next on the Manage and Existing Connection and General screens
Ensure Include Index data is checked
Select Next, Finished, and Close
Reconnect and test
Note that if you get historical data but not real time data you will want to check your Log to see if you get an error that you are not enabled for real time data. If this is the case, contact your brokerage representative for information about enabling index data.

Ok, I checked and unchecked, and then reconnected. It gave me a "Default" Log, saying SPX is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading.
I just emailed the support.
