I entered the symbol map for IB "DAX|||5" and I am getting the following message.
Could you pls confirm that this is the correct symbol for IB.

Yes, this should be the correct mapping. Do you receive realtime data in NinjaTrader once connected to IB?

I suggest to contact Interactive Brokers regarding this order rejection error. It seems your account is not enabled to trade this instrument.

Yes I receive RT data. I set the Mapping for IQFeed as DXM. I ll wait till tomorrow and then contact them. Thank you!!

Yes I have Eurex enabled (I trade the DAX). Im connected to NinjatraderBrokerage data. Message "Error loading chart data for "FDXM 12-15 Eurex: Ninjatrader data server does not support this instrument, no data avilable.

Historical data is not available for this instrument with NinjaTrader Continuum at this time. If you let it sit for 5-10 minutes, do you get real time data?

Thank you. I observed that I'm getting the Bid/Ask Price correctly but there are no trades are being taken at the moment. And with no historical data nothing is shown at the chart! haha
Everything seems ok, it's a new instrument.

I tried to download data for FDXM (DAX Mini futures) via Kinetick. This did not work. I used the same symbol mapping as is listed by DTN/IQ - that is "DXM". Also I have entered the contract months as needed.

Log file message:

"Error on loading chart data for 'FDXM 12-15 Eurex': Unable to load historical data: unknown instrument"

I have tested Kinetick on my end with the Symbol Mapping of DXM and the settings from post 10 and it works without error.
Double check your settings and that you are enabled for this instrument. If you are unable to get it to work, write into platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com

I did its for NinjaTraderBrokerage with Continuum, but the instrument shows no reaction in trying to start its on a chart If I start the instrument lists for add this instrument, then I get an interrupt by not valid rollover datas. Please tell me exactly all the entries, that I must do. With exact start and beginn from all entries and the offset, too.

FDXM doesn't work

DD is the CQG symbol for the main contract
