how do i drag charts in any direction ?

on ninja trader i can only drag charts sideways and this causes the scale on the Y axis automatically adjusts itself relative to the price, this is very annoying , i want to drag prices around leaving the scale the same.

please advice how i should proceed to fix the problem

Hello maaz1598,

Can you please click and hold your left mouse button on the right side of the price axis and move down or up. The chart will now use a fixed scale and if you scroll back, the price axis will stay the same.

yes i know how to change the vertical scale but I cannot figure out how to drag the chart vertically. Is there any way to do a vertical drag like there is horizontally(the chart itself not the scale)?

Please hold your Shift key and click and hold your left mouse button on the right side of the price axis. Move down or up. More information to navigate our charts can be found at the link below.
