Cannot Connect to TD Ameritrade

Hello,

I followed the instructions on your webpage below but could not connect to TD Ameritrade in NinjaTrader 7.

At step 6 on your webpage above, it says to choose TD Ameritrade from the 'Provider' drop-down list.

TD Ameritrade is NOT in the drop-down list in my version of NinjaTrader.

We just spent alot of time, first with Interactive Brokers (we chose not to use them) then while setting up an account with TD Ameritrade, after purchasing a NinjaTrader Lifetime License.

What do we need to do to connect to TD Ameritrade in NinjaTrader?

You need to contact their sales support team to change your license key, and that will enable the the option for TDA.

Thanks for the response.

You say that I need to contract 'their' support team. Who is 'their'; is that TD Ameritrade, or do I contact NinjaTrader?
