Auto trader

i apologize if this question has been answered already but if I
use an auto trader on a NT platform will it work only on licensed
version or will it work also on the free version?

Hello bdelorm,

You can import, apply, and customize scripts in the Simulation version of NinjaTrader. These features are also available in the Leased and Lifetime versions. The Direct Edition is the only tier of license with any restrictions as you will not be able to use automated strategies and customize scripts.
