Sim Account Performance

Not sure if this is the right forum, but could not find anything better. I am currently testing some discretionary trading strategies in the Sim102 account. I need to use the Account Performance tab to generate statistics on trades performance for the day. The issue I am having (started a few days ago, was fine before that) is that when completing a trade and generating the trade statistics for the day in the Sim102 account everything is fine. But when I complete the next trade the information for the previous trade is deleted. Everything is deleted for that trade as if it was never placed. The second trade data is fine. If I place a third trade the data for the second trade is deleted etc, etc. I have tried to repair and reset the database without success, what could be the problem?

Do you have an antivirus/firewall on your system and if so which one? (example: Norton, AVG, Avast)
Do you have a backup or auto backup program that is running on your system?

I have AVG Antivirus 2015 running with Windows firewall, no backup programs.

Thanks for your reply.

Exit NinjaTrader and add exceptions to the following directories with AVG
C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 or C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7
