Does NT continuum work with 4G connections?

The only internet available at my home is 4G. I have an account with Ninja Trader using the continuum connection.

I have been having terrible data connection problems. I use the DOM to trade so I know right away the data connection is lost. Despite the lack of data Ninja trader will show that I am still connected. If I do not reset the connection manually Ninja continues to say I am connected even if I do nothing for 30 minutes.

Why doesn't Ninja recognize that the data has stopped? Why doesn't it try to reset itself?

Continuum only reports a lost connection when there is no connection at all.
I would recommend that you look into a VPS. This would be a high end system with a quality connection that you would install NinjaTrader onto and then you would remotely connect to that system to use it.
