Undesired Continuum API state

Lost my connection due to "Undesired NinjaTrader Continuum API state".

Can you please direct me as to how I can resolve this?

So that I may investigate please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. You will find the file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20151014.txt'.

Please reboot your computer and check if you can now connect.

If the error remains, please send us an email at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your log and trace files.

You may manually attach your log and trace files to your response by:

Opening your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to that email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
