Different databases

Take a look at the attached figure, has two graphs with the same instruments and the same timeframe, however the values of the price are different.
I need the real quotations of the instruments , without being adjusted. How do I do that??
I use kinetick.

Yes the both charts were updating in real-time
version 2.0.50727.5485
the only difference is who are the "custons range" different.

Hello,

Am I correct that you are referring to the Custom Range option in the Data Series menu which dictates how much historical data to load in a chart? This setting should not have an impact on real-time price quotes.
