Hi, I'm trying to obtain a demo account but I'm getting this message:

Demo Login Request Failed

Your request for a demo login has failed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please try again later or contact us for assistance. Providing us with the following failure details will help us solve the problem quickly:
Unable to obtain a demo login at this time. (code = -101)


What can I do?

I have requested a demo from our site and connected to it w/o error.

What demo are you attempting to connect to? (example: NinjaTrader Continuum, NinjaTrader FXCM)
What version of NinjaTrader are you running? You can check under Help> About. Example: 7.0.1000.30

Please exit NinjaTrader and restart your modem/router
If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to it's exceptions list.
You will need to exclude the following directories.
C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 or C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7

Restart NinjaTrader and test
