Win 10 and Failed to verify license

Went from Win 8 to Win 10 a few days ago, also went up to NT 7...30 (64 bit). Ran w/o out issues accessing both Rithmic and Kinetick data, but today cannot get license to verify. No firewall. This verification problem also exists with Rithmic's stand alone platform R/Trader. On a second computer running Win 7 with NT7...21 and connecting through the same ISP there are no issues with verification.

tracert 74.200.197.238 comes back with Transmit error: code 1231

Attempted to roll back to 8 which should be possible within Win10 recovery but it won't allow it.

It may be that something is blocking the connection to NinjaTrader's licensing servers. To test, please restart your modem, PC and router.

If that doesn't help, try checking to see if any of the preinstalled Firewalls might be running. Usually going to Start > Search and searching for "Firewall" or "Security" will find these.

Problem solved. Did a net search on the error code and this pointed to network setup issues, specifically DCHP and default gateway settings. Went to Network and Sharing Center and ran the trouble shooter which found/fixed the problem.
