How to save the selected ATM strategies for next NT loading

How do I save the "selected" ATM strategy so that the next time I load Ninja Trader, the ATM comes up and is ready for trading?

Numerous times I've entered the first trade of the day and have not had an ATM strategy selected. I want to be able to keep the selected ATM strategy so that after closing Ninja Trader and reloading it, the ATM is selected to the last ATM strategy I had when I shut down.

It seems sometimes it saves it and other times it does not.

How is this supposed to work?

Hello Taddypole,

Can you please select the ATM strategy template you like in the NinjaTrader order entry window you use. Exit NinjaTrader and click Yes when prompted to save the workspace. Start NinjaTrader again and it should have the ATM strategy automatically selected.

Hi Jason,

That is my normal routine. Have my preferred ATM selected, Shut down NT and getting the "Save Workspace" dialog which I always answer yes to. It seems mostly that it does not work.Maybe sometimes it does. Very confusing.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Do you experience the same in a new workspace?
