No connection for history data

    No connection for history data

    Ninja 7 with rithmic data gave me a log error that it refused my connection and will not give me history data
    while
    Ninja 8 on another computer has connected just fine to rithmic history.
    I can see they are on different servers.

    Is there a way to manually change the server Ninja 7 connects to so I can get my charts back ?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting us to report the issue.



    Our NinjaTrader 7 historical data server for Rithmic based connections has just recovered from an issue which would have prevented you from connecting. Unfortunately, it is not possible to direct NinjaTrader 7 to another historical data server however if you will restart NinjaTrader and reconnect the link to historical data should be active once again.

    Please let me know if you encounter any further issues after restarting.

      I cannot connect again.
      I cannot login to NinjaTrader At All

      10/13/2015 5:41:07 PM Connection Ninja Trader Rithmic: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.(LoginFailed)
      Obviously, I am connected to the interenet and my account connection parameters have
      not changed.

        Hello,

        The first thing which I would recommend that you do is restart your PC, modem and router. If you find that you are still unable to connect after rebooting these components please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

        The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20151013.txt' file.
