NT8 Connect to free datafeed CQG

I tried to connect to free data-feed of CQG. But in the Configure / connection I do not have available NinjaTrader Conituum. I can not create a connection with the credentials NinjaTrader.

Yes, the demo connections are valid for 2 weeks.
