Problems with changing times in charts

Hello All,

I downloaded 400 days worth of data for the 5 minute chart. I switched to the daily view and had data from 9-4-2014 thru 10-9-2015.

I went back to the 5 minute chart and now I only have data from 10-5-2015 thru 10-9-2015.

What causes this?

Hello Terry,

When changing intervals on a chart, the default settings for the new interval*will be used in the Data Series window

You will want to right click on the chart and select Data Series

Then in the Data Series window select Days to load, set the value and press OK

To change the default settings for an period*type (tick, minute, day, ect) you will want to make the changes to the settings, right click and select Set Default for __ Period Type
