FXCM security setup

Hello,

I keep getting an error message when configuring this security:
Symbol: USDOLLAR.X
Description: DOW JONES FXCM DOLLAR INDEX

Please see screens attached, what's the problem here?

Please verify, who are you connected to for data? This is displayed in green at the bottom left of the Control Center.

I use IQ Feed.

I'm constantly connected to it.

Works just fine for loading any other securties, (AAPL, SPY, etc)

Thanks for your reply.

You will need to set this up as an Index, not a Stock. Then it should work.

I tried setting up as an index as you said, didn't really work, see screens attached.

You get the same error if you set up the security in the same way?

Thanks for your reply.

No, I do not get this error and the chart loads for me. I did however only have Default selected for the exchange. Try that and if it does not work, contact IQFeed to verify you are enabled for this instrument.
