Stop loss triggered passed original?

Hi,

I am demo trading right now with your FXCM connection and my stop loss was not triggered where it was set up instead it passed it several pips, 50 pips approx. My question is does Ninjatrader have to be open in order to execute the stoploss? Or are these settings uploaded to the broker? What if something happen that my connection becomes lost?

Does this happen with real accounts with your platform?

Hello Ian,

NinjaTrader will need to be open and connected for orders on the Sim101 account to be filled

When trading a live account it will depend on who you are connected to and the state of the order
