"Order Filled" !?

A few minutes ago, I heard the "Order Filled" sound, but was not actually trading, so immediately looked at my platform to see if somehow I had accidentally triggered an order. The Positions tab is empty, but under Orders, I see a filled order in my Live acccount at a price way below the current market, 48.34, with a Stop 1 tick above that ! No positions are shown on any charts. I do not know what the "febe2" token is. I tried "Flatten Everything" with no apparent result. Never experienced this before.

I closed and reopened the program, but it's still there - what could be going on ?

If the Control Center-->Positions-tab does not show a position, you are flat.

Can you please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, "Order Filled" !?' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
