Display PnL on every trade

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to display the PnL of each trade taken in each session. Right now if I am in the POSITIONS tab I can see real time my trades but when they close the information also disappears.

I want to maintain the info displayed even after the positions have closed for easy tracking of my day's performance. I am trading in a demo account right now. I also noticed that the COMMISSIONS column doesn't display anything. Is this because I'm on a demo?

Hello Pipcoco,

The Positions tab of the Control Center will only show open positions

You can use the Account Performance tab to review your closed positions

Commission can be included in your PnL calculations provided you have correctly configured NinjaTrader. Commission values can be defined for each connectivity provider per instrument and per instrument type.

Commission values are used in the following order:

From the instrument if a commission value has been defined else
From the instrument type if a commission value has been defined else
No value is used since none have been defined
Please follow the instructions below to define commission values per instrument type:

From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
Select the tab "Commission"

Double click on the instrument you wish to add a commission value for
Click on the "Misc" tab

Critical: Ensure that 'Apply commission to PnL calculations' is enabled under Tools > Options > General tab
