Calling NTMarketPosition("") function from within TradeStation 8.3 (question?)

hello,

if i call NTMarketPosition("") from within tradestation EL program, is the value i receive represent the size of my open position at my broker in "real-time" ?

or does this command return how many contracts i "should" be long or short?

for example, if NinjaTrader sent an order to my broker to buy 100 corn contracts but only 50 contracts were filled, in this example would calling NTMarketPosition("") return a value of 100 or 50 ?? (this is my actual question for you).

50. It's the actual broker position.
