cant log into trading simulator

i cant log into the simulator half the times i try. is the simulator running off of recorded data always available, 24/7?
have trouble getting the indicators to work on minute charts. and also the line drawing wont work on minute charts.
how do u get the free service to work with an interactive brokers feed for realtime charting?

If you mean the Simulated Data Feed, that is a randomly generated feed that you should have no problem connecting to. You will need to first setup start prices for the sim feed on your particular instrument via the Instrument Manager though.

Indicators and drawing should work on all time frames. Please describe what you are doing/experiencing.

i figured out how to connect through interactive brokers.
the technical indicators take a while to start working on minute charts.
still having trouble logging in after hours. got an error message.

expected, the indicators need 20 bars to sync and then start rendering their plots.

It always helps if you provide information as exact as possible, meaning what is the exact error message you get?
