Can't load a chart. Please help

Hi,

I haven't used a ninjatrader for a few months
and now I'm trying to demo trade again.

I'm using rithmic for ninja trader brokerage connection via a third party provider
and paper trading now.

I'm trading ES only so I opened up the new ES 12-15 chart
and have no problem loading monthly and weekly chart.
But from daily chart to lower time frame, I can only see from Oct 1 2015 data to current.

So I tried to download historical data from both ES 9-15(from June 1st to Sep. 30)
and ES 12-15(from Sep 30 to Oct 5) and clicked reload all historical data
by right-clicking on the chart. But no change!

I also tried to merge the contract by selecting mergebackadjusted
(checked Get data from server)

I don't know what I did wrong.. maybe selected a wrong date range when dowloading
data from ES 9-15 and ES 12-15 contracts..

Please help.

Thanks for the post.

The amount of historical data that loads on your chart is controlled by the 'Days to Load' property within the Data Series window.

Please right click on your chart > Data Series > Locate the 'Days to Load' property and adjust it to a higher value > OK. For example, if you wish to see 30 days of historical data, adjust this property to '30'.
