    Symbol Count exceeded in Esignal

I often get an error/warning from the Esignal Data Manager stating that I've exceeded my 200 symbol count limit even though the sum of the symbols in my market analyzers and charts is less than 200. when I look in the Data->Symbols menu item in the Esignal Data Manager, there are stocks listed that are not in my charts or market analyzers. I deleted all the symbols in the data manager but when I reconnect to Esig from NT the same symbol list shows up. So somehow NT is trying to request this data(I think). How do I clear the caches in both Esig Data Mgr and NT so I can start from scratch with a 0 symbol count and then only fetching the data for the symbols in my charts and market analyzers?

You could try to reset your sim account by Tools->Options->Simulator->Reset.

      That doesn't seem to help.

Then you should try with a minimal setup (only control center up, only on workspace) and see if you only see the subscribed instrument in the data manager.

Then you could add chart etc. step by step and see if instrument show up on data manager accordingly.
